    Need to cancel? Email info@zyrkx.com within 6 hours of ordering. After that, orders go into fulfillment.

  3. Correction Window
    Minor updates (size tweaks, color changes) are possible within 2 hours—just reply to your confirmation.

  4. On‑Delivery Check
    Inspect packaging and goods upon arrival. Photograph any obvious damage before opening.

  5. 30‑Day Return Right
    Whether you’ve changed your mind or found a defect, you have 30 days from delivery to return.

  6. Qualifying for a Full Refund
    We’ll refund you in full if an item:

    • Is faulty, damaged, or broken

    • Isn’t as described, sized incorrectly, or wrong color/material

    • Was shipped incorrectly

  7. Non‑Returnable Items

  10. Responsibility for Return Shipping
    Returns due to buyer’s remorse require you to cover postage. If the mistake is ours, we’ll send you a prepaid label.
