Initiating a Return

Return Authorization & Address
Within 2–3 business days, you’ll receive an authorization code and our returns address. Wait for this before sending anything. -
Responsibility for Return Shipping
Returns due to buyer’s remorse require you to cover postage. If the mistake is ours, we’ll send you a prepaid label. -
Preparing Your Return
Use the original packaging when possible and pack items securely to avoid transit damage. -
Tracking Requirement
Email the tracking number once shipped so we can coordinate receipt and inspection. -
Inspection Period
