You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the instant your package departs our facility. Track your order at any time using the carrier’s portal.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Timeframes

  • Complimentary standard shipping on orders over 13.99$ within the United States region.

  • Transit estimate: 10–12 business days (may extend during holidays).

  • We regret that delivery to U.S. military bases is not currently supported.

  • One‑address restriction: Orders cannot be split across multiple destinations.

Long‑Delay Guarantee
If your delivery doesn’t arrive within 30 days, you’ll receive a complete refund—no returns necessary. For other delivery concerns, contact us and expect a reply within 12 hours.

Import Fees & Duties
All customs duties, taxes, and related charges are the customer’s responsibility. zyrkx does not cover these costs.

Returns of Unclaimed or Refused Orders
Shipments refused by the recipient or returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in order cancellation without refund.
